ST MARY'S PRAYER
Almighty God, by whose grace St. Benedict, kindled with the fire of your love, became a burning and shining light to inspire the founding of this church, dedicated to St Mary, seven hundred and fifty years ago; inflame us with the same spirit of discipline and love, that we, having our hearts open to your workings, may walk before you as children of light, continuing that blessèd work to your praise and glory; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end.
