St Peters Pastoral Team – 2006

At present, our team is as follows :-

• Jane Thurstan
• Ruth Genge
• Hilary Gillians
• Mary West
• Mary Peall
• Sue Cooke-Priest
• Lyn Hulks

Each of these people have taken responsibility for various tasks to assist the Pastoral needs of our Parish as follows :-

• Sue and Jane – to co-ordinate visiting
• Hilary, Lyn and Mary W – visitors
• Ruth – contact for flowers
• Mary P – home communions
• Mike – transport organiser

( All are interchangeable if necessary ) Contact phone numbers will be on display in the Ark.

We are working with St Andrew’s, St Mary’s, St Faith’s and St James’s all of whom have experienced Pastoral care teams. We aim to attend courses in connection with our work when possible. Some members attended a course in May about children and bereavement.

We are pleased to have updated the weekly sick prayer list.
